According to a recent Consumer Reports survey about stuff that annoys people daily, with a 10 being "annoys tremendously" survey takers rated the failure of a human being on a customer service line an 8.6! Never wait on hold again is the mantra for LucyPhone! I don't know about the Nation of Hypeness, but I know I hate waiting on the phone!
