The iPhone will be available on some O2 Tariffs for free in the UK. It will be £99 GBP (that's roughly $200 USD) or £159 (about $320) for the 16gb on the standard old tariff. Unlike the US, O2 will not be changing it's prices for Data... everything stays the same except the price of the phone. It will also be available on Pre-pay.
