While in the United States, AT&T will be offering the 3G iPhone for $199 and O2 will offer it free in the UK (with select plans), T-Mobile Germany (Deutsche Telekom) has announced that they will sell the new iPhone there for as low as one euro with a monthly ?69 service contract.
