Previously there has been a lot of frustration from iPhone app developers, because Apple just sent out impersonal instructions when some developers got into problems while developing their Apps for the iPhone or iPod Touch, and those instructions lacked information and there was minimal opportunity for dialogue with the reviewers of the App.
