Before Ipad can available for pre order Apple has to have Federal Communications Commission?s approval for Ipad. So, maybe we have to wait at least 3 months to have a chance to make an IPad pre order. This situation was happened before. when Apple first launch iPhone, people have to wait for 6 months since the day iPhone was promote on Apple site.
