Sony’s HDR-SR11 Handycam camcorder has everything you need for a superior video and photo experience. Its Face Detection technology, made possible by the ClearVid CMOS sensor (with Exmor technology) and BIONZ? image processor, helps make sure people look their best in videos and photos. Capture extremely detailed video in Full 1920 x 1080 High Definition resolution, as well as stunning 10.2 megapixel still photos. All of this make Sony HDR-SR11 as an old outstanding Model in the family.

After enjoying the wonderful tours or travels or coming back from vacations, you must have myriads of masterpieces shot by Sony HDR-SR11 camcorder. So what about burning the Sony HDR-SR11 MTS videos o DVDs? After burning to DVD discs, you could freely enjoy them on your HDTV and even send them to your friends or family members far away. Here I would like to introduce you the way to convert Sony HDR-SR11 MTS to DVD for burning with iMovie and iDVD. Perhaps still many of you are confused about it, and we hope the following tutorial can help you.

Tutorial - How to convert Sony HDR-SR11 MTS for iMovie & export to iDVD for burning

Required software: iMovie, iDVD, Brorsoft MTS Converter for Mac

Procedure1: Convert Sony HDR-SR11 MTS to HD .MOV for iMovie

Step 1: Import videos to Brorsoft HDR-SR11 Converter for Mac
After installing and launching Brorsoft HDR SR11 Converter, connect your Sony HDR-SR11 to your iMac/Macbook and copy the videos to hard drive. Click the "Add" button on the top tool bar to select the videos or drag & drop them into the program.

Step 2: Choose HD .MOV as the output video format for iMovie
Click the arrow of the drop-down menu as "Format" options. Several iMovie 8/9 supportable video formats are available in the program. We recommend you to choose "HD Video" section for "H.264 HD Video (*.mov)" as the output video format for importing to iMovie.

Step 3: Start the Sony HDR-SR11 MTS to MOV Conversion
Click the "convert" button to start converting MTS footages to HDV. The conversion process will take you a few minutes, please wait for a while.

After a few minutes, the output .MOV videos are prepared for you in the destination folder to deal with iMovie. By now, the program MTS to DVD Converter for Mac has already finished all its job...

Procedure 2: Import & edit the converted Sony HDR-SR11 footage to iMovie
In the “File” menu, click “Import” to load the HDV files. And then follow the way to make your home videos now. Choose “File” -> New from the menu and name the project. If the footage is widescreen, please ensure that you choose the “Widescreen (16:9)” option.

Procedure 3: Export the edited videos from iMovie to iDVD
When you are positively sure your project is complete and you have added your Chapters, you are ready to export to iDVD. Once you export, you CANNOT make any changes in iMovie. iDVD immediately begins encoding your project for burning onto a DVD-R. So, although iMovie must remain open while the iDVD project is encoding, you cannot make any changes to it.
Step 1:Save your iMovie project.
Step 2:Select the iDVD tab.
Step 3:Click the "Create IDVD Project" button.
Step 4:iDVD will open automatically.

All is done now and hope the guide could be helpful to you. For more information please refer to:

Rene or anybody on 4.3 beta (for the ipad only) can please check to see how music videos added to the ipod are handled on 4,3 beta.like on 3.2 once connected on Bluetooth to my car I can any music video n it would play through my car speakers fine after 4.2 it plays but I have to manually select the output every time I play a different music video convert flv video for mac What we dont have in Stock we will be able to reserve again! Ad's are set weeks / months in advance Nobody could have prepared for the Japan earthquakes or the increased demand over the 1st Gen. If You look at the 1St Gen by this time a majority of stores didn't have stock issues.meaning more than a month after iPad 1's release. You will see once Apple releases financial data they probably doubled if not tripled their last years sales numbers. BBY does not try to bait and switch.at least not any respectable blue shirt. We build Trustif a customer is interested in the Xoom I will be more than happy to show it to them but we all know they want the iPad.Reserve it..we get shippments dailytypicallyhigh volume stores receive more but we are getting them as fast as Apple can ship them, I wish everyone would be a little more consider of the disaster in Japan, if we all did our research we would learn that apple receives supplies for the iPad from 2 suppliers that were directly affected. If they are paying more to not disrupt the flow of supply as the "interwebs" are sayingthere was still some delay that apple is probably trying to catch back up tobut everyone wants an iPad 2! Me.grandmamy 7 year old niecelol we all want one!
