I've been through the Titleist line of drivers from the 905 R, 907s, 909s, and now have a 910 D3. The D3 is the smaller head of the D3/D3 choice. I think the shaft is most important part of any driver, and I matched up the D3 with the RIP from Aldila. The head and the shaft are the mid to low flight choices and this club delivers a very strong, penetrating ball flight. I like the look, the sound, the distance, Titleist 910 D3 Driver and the trajectory. I have the 8.5 and leave it set to the standard setting for loft and lie. This is the best driver combination I have ever hit. I thought the 905R was the best bomber driver from Titleist until this one, but this is the new king of the line.Already tested and welcomed on Tour, the Titleist 910 D3 Driver provides the key essential elements of 'Speed and Stability' which are the exact ingredients that golfers are crying out for in a driver.
By introducing their unique 'fast face insert design', Titleist are able to increase the effective hitting area on the driver Callaway RAZR X Irons face by up to 15% when compared to the previous Titleist 909 Drivers. This increased sweet spot provides golfers with the potential for greater distance. They have also optimized the weight distribution in the Titleist 910 D3 Driver, with a brand new head design and bezel weight at the rear end of the clubhead. This weight distribution lowers the center of gravity and moves it deeper back in the clubhead, which helps to improve stability by stopping the clubhead from twisting as much at the moment of contact, especially on those off center hits, to give golfers more accuracy and control off of the tee. TaylorMade R11 Irons Beside the excellent adjustable hosel, there are a number of other features that make this a great driver. The all black head is beautiful to look at. The D2 model is the full 460cc and is a little more forgiving, while the D3 model is a little more compact, 445cc with a slightly taller face offering a more workable head. The D3 is really the combination of both worlds, if you want to work it, the ability is there to control shots, but if you want to just hit straight you can do that too.
