OKLAHOMA CITY -- The Memphis Grizzlies know the team they are chasing to reach the top of the Western Conference. Torrey Smith Limited Jersey . Kevin Durant and the Oklahoma City Thunder keep finding ways to stay one step ahead. Durant scored 36 points and hit the tiebreaking 3-pointer in the final minute to lift the Thunder to a 101-94 victory against Memphis on Friday night in a rematch of their epic Western Conference semifinals series. One of those games went to triple overtime and another was settled after one extra period. This one came right down to the wire, too, before Durant scored the final seven points. "Those guys are the guys that we need to be like, from start to finish," Grizzlies forward Tony Allen said. Durant answered Mike Conleys tying 3-pointer by pulling up in front of Rudy Gay for his own 3 from the right wing with 53 seconds left. He added a jumper from the foul line to push the lead to five, then closed out the game by grabbing the rebound on O.J. Mayos 3-point attempt and hitting two free throws after getting fouled. "The 3s I was shooting looked good but I was missing," said Durant, who had missed all five of his previous 3-point attempts. "It was just a matter of time before one was going to go down for me. I shot the ball right and it was able to go in." James Harden scored 10 of his 24 points during Oklahoma Citys fourth-quarter rally. Marc Gasol led Memphis with 24 points and Gay scored 23. That duo and Durant played the entire second half in a thrilling renewal of the West semifinals won by Oklahoma City last year in seven games. The Thunder won twice in Memphis this season by a total of eight points, but it was the Grizzlies who were in control most of the way in this one and up 75-65 in the final minute of the third quarter. Harden engineered a comeback, hitting two 3-pointers and driving for two layups during a 15-4 burst to start the fourth quarter. His drive set up Nick Collison for the go-ahead free throw, and Daequan Cook followed with a jumper from the right side for an 84-81 lead. The Grizzlies had an answer and were able to claw back and tie it on Conleys 3-pointer from the right side with 1:12 remaining -- only for Durant to deliver the knockout punch. "Its always fun. We always have grind-it-out games against each other, and tonight was another one," Durant said. "We dug ourselves a hole early, wasnt playing well, but the second half, we picked it up." Russell Westbrook added 21 points and seven assists for the NBA-leading Thunder, the only team other than Chicago to score at least 100 points on Memphis this season. Oklahoma City has done it twice and the Bulls once. "Theyre playing like theyre more experienced than us right now but at the end of the day, were still a work in progress and I like the future for this team," Allen said. "Theyve got our number right now." It was the only stop at home for the Thunder during a 19-day span featuring eight out of nine on the road. Allen had 17 points for the Grizzlies, who are also in the midst of playing nine of 12 away from home. "We started taking too many jump shots as we were coming down the stretch, but my guys played really hard," Memphis coach Lionel Hollins said. "They left it out there and they didnt have enough in the tank coming down the stretch." The Thunder outscored Memphis 32-17 in the final period. "I think our energy picked up; the crowd got into it. That whole fourth quarter was the way we play basketball," Harden said. Memphis used a couple of bizarre steals to fuel a 9-0 run late in the first quarter. Conley came up with a pass that went through Serge Ibakas legs, and it ended up leading to Gays two-handed putback dunk on a fast break. On the next trip, Ibaka stepped in the way of Westbrooks pass. Dante Cunningham grabbed the loose ball and fed Mayo for a right-handed transition dunk to make it 23-17. NOTES: Kendrick Perkins picked up his NBA-leading ninth technical foul of the season with 5:02 left in the first half when he and Gasol got tangled up battling for rebounding position on a 3-pointer that Harden made. Perkins faces a one-game suspension if he gets to 13. The scuffle resulted in Gasols third technical of the season, all against the Thunder and the second time as part of a double-technical foul tangle with Perkins. ... Westbrook also got his fifth technical for spiking the ball after Allen blocked his shot about two minutes earlier. Baltimore Ravens Super bowl Jersey . Kendrick pitched effectively for 6 2-3 innings and Jimmy Rollins drove in a pair of runs to lead the Philadelphia Phillies to a 4-2 victory over the Washington Nationals on Friday night. Dennis Pitta Super Bowl Jersey . -- Luke Hochevar was taken aback when he walked into the managers office one day and manager Ned Yost and the Royals coaches started trying to convince him to make a change. http://www.baltimoreravensfanjerseys.com/justin-tucker-jersey . Last season, he had a 20-8-1 record in 33 appearances in a backup role to Roberto Luongo with the Canucks. Terrell Suggs Black Jersey . The left-hander hasnt pitched in the majors since May 19. In nine starts this year, Danks is 3-4 with a 5.70 ERA. Hes in the first year of a five-year contract. "In the long run you find out what it is and take care of it," manager Robin Ventura said before Tuesdays game in Minnesota. Terrell Suggs Limited Jersey . Hamilton, which began the 2012 campaign with back-to-back defeats against Saskatchewan and British Columbia as it surrendered a combined 82 points, turned the corner after that by posting three consecutive wins in order to jump above . ST. LOUIS -- Carlos Beltran appears to be getting his stroke back. Good timing for the St. Louis Cardinals final playoff push. Beltran snapped a sixth-inning tie with a two-run, pinch-hit double and Allen Craig hit a three-run homer, powering the Cardinals to a 5-4 victory Thursday that held their cushion in the NL wild-card race. The Cardinals lead Milwaukee by 2 1/2 games for the second wild-card spot with 12 games remaining. Los Angeles, which lost 4-1 at Washington, is three back. St. Louis has won four in a row, capitalizing on a break in the schedule. Theres more sub-.500 opposition ahead in the final trip of the year, with three in Chicago beginning Friday and three more in Houston. "Our vibes four games better," manager Mike Matheny said. "Thats about it. Were really trying to enjoy each one and realize how much were putting on each game as a club. Not looking forward to anything except the next one." The urgency was reflected in Mathenys decision to go to Beltran, slumping much of the second half, so early. "They told me if a situation came up where guys were in scoring position, they were going to use me," Beltran said. "So Im not surprised. The manager is the one making the calls and I just have to be ready when he needs me." Beltrans double put St. Louis up 5-3, rewarding Jaime Garcia (5-7) for keeping it close. They took care of business against the lowly Astros, who absorbed their 102nd loss while leading for a single inning in the three-game series. The Cardinals were 6-0 at home against Houston, their first season series sweep in St. Louis since 1996. Houston did its best to hang tough. "It definitely was a good series for us," said Justin Maxwell, who had an RBI double and two nice catches in right field. "We know what theyre playing for over there. Were not going to hand anything to anyone." "Were going to see them again next week, so hopefully, we can take some games from them," he said. Bud Norris (5-13) allowed five runs on five hits and five walks in 5 1-3 innings for Houston after getting sent back to the team hotel Wednesday night because of flu-like symptoms. Hes 0-12 with a 6.34 ERA in 18 starts since May 21 but with a lot of hard luck, too. Hes had eight quality starts in his last 13 outings. "I wasnt very good all around," Norris said. "I gave it everything I had. Its been a tough couple of days for me." The Cardinals topped 3 million in attendance for the ninth consecutive season and 16th time in franchiise history with paid attendance of 34,788. Ray Lewis Super Bowl Jersey. Craig also doubled and has three homers and 15 RBIs in 11 games against the Astros this year. Hes a career .412 hitter against the Astros with six homers and 24 RBIs in 20 games. "He comes through in those big situations," Matheny said. "He can just flat hit, thats all there is to it." Jason Motte finished for his 38th save in 45 chances and third of the series after the Astros tested the setup men. Fernando Salas struck out Jose Altuve and pinch hitter Brett Wallace with the bases loaded to end the eighth after Mitchell Boggs and Marc Rzepczynski combined to issue three walks. Edward Mujica surrendered an RBI single to Brandon Barnes in the seventh. The biggest worry going forward is overloading the bullpen. Motte has pitched in the last five games, and Boggs, the setup man, has worked in three straight since coming back from a minor back ailment. "Hopefully Ill feel pretty good tomorrow and I can get back out there," Boggs said. "It was just one of those days when they were being pretty patient. "I certainly felt like I could have gotten a ground ball out of the next guy." Norris, who entered the game 4-2 with a 2.93 ERA in St. Louis, walked Daniel Descalso and Pete Kozma with one out in the sixth and was lifted after throwing 111 pitches. Both scored easily on Beltrans drive off Wesley Wright to the base of the wall in left-centre. Beltran was batting .296 with an NL-leading 65 RBIs at the All-Star break but is hitting just .229 with 24 RBIs since while dealing with a sore right knee and sore right hand. Hes begun to pick it up lately, going 9 for 19 during a six-game hitting streak. "Im fine, brother," Beltran said. "Theres no excuses. Right now, these days theres not many ballplayers feeling 100 per cent, so Im good to go." Garcia is 2-5 with a 5.67 ERA in 10 road starts, but 3-2 with a 2.84 in eight home starts. NOTES: Maxwell made an excellent sliding catch on Kozmas foul popup near the stands down the RF line, upending 1B Brandon Laird in the process. Laird stayed in the game after a visit from the trainer and interim manager Tony DeFrancesco. ... RHP Chris Carpenter makes his season debut in Chicago Friday, opposing the Cubs Chris Volstad (3-10, 6.26). RHP Edgar Gonzalez (2-1, 4.40) opposes LHP Jeff Locke (0-1, 5.49) as the Astros begin a three-game series in Pittsburgh. ... Maxwell is 5 for 8 against Garcia with a homer and four RBIs. ' ' '
