From a total 2 year contract cost $2k grand, to the refusal of AT&T to sell at the advertised $199 price to loyal customers, the iPhone 3G is a very expensive way to talk. And it doesn't even do that very well, according to a lot of AT&T users in various service areas. And many are experiencing bugs, like the inability to use GPS.
