If you think Apple is not watching you think again.. This is an addition to the over the Air Apple server for backgrounds processing message. Where apple see your messages 1st before your phone receiving it. This situation is just keep a copy of your screen on what every ur doing. Beware iPhone users... your iPhone is watching you!
