3GP Video to DivX?

I am new guy here. I just met a problem that I do have a video in my mobile and it's format is 3GP, I want to share with my friend and play it in my Xbox,but Xbox can not palyer 3GP. Anyone could give me some advice on it ?

There is one tool can do this,That is ImTOO DivX Converter. It is a very good tool for your conversion. Acutually I do want to buy, but I think I should wait for a few week and I will have more money that I can buy it ! You can lear more here http://www.imtoo.com/divx-converter.html
