1) Only has a 2 Megapixal Camera. This would be outdated by the time the iPhone even comes out.
2) The battery life on the iPhone needs to be beefed up. It only allows for 5 hours of talk time.
3) There is no expansion slot for memory cards. 8 gigs is a lot but you know how it is space just starts to disappear.
4) There is no 3G on the phone. It has EDGE and WIFI but adding 3G would help.
5) Non-Removable battery. I would say this is the biggest drawback you won't be able to carry a spare with you. The other problem is if it freezes sometimes the only option on a smartphone is removing the battery.

Hello, Yes I agree with these drawback of iphone. I think we can one more point ie iPhones are more susceptible to theft - due to being easily recognizable rather expensive gadget.

Iphone is one of the most popular smartphones in the world. I think it's got it's own share of drawbacks. For example:
You can't take anything via Bluetooth from anyone. Apple stopped supporting this feature to secure the devices of its customers. But i don't think it's somewhere being liked by anyone.
You have to pay for using iCloud service.
Most of the iPhone compatible apps are coded using Swift. So when Swift's new versions support only the the latest iOS operating systems. In such a situation, apps iPhone apps coded using swift's older version get outdated and incompatible.
its battery drains fast. You are left with no option but to use it while charging.
Battery cannot be taken out. In case, there is some problem with battery, your iPhone proves to be an expensive investment. And it's gone. You have to buy a new iPhone.
Honestly, it iPhone is a great phone with lot of scope for improvement.

1. iPhone is a smart “PHONE”, and nothing more than that. You cannot expect a handheld computer, which is a more suitable name for an Android Phone.
2. You have to live with the memory you got while purchasing the phone. I have a 16GB iPhone 6 Plus, so you can understand what I am talking about. 16 GB is very less memory and you will for sure get irritated by the storage almost full messages which pops up so often. iPhones with higher capacity are expensive and there is no way to increase your iPhones memory.
3. Apple’s closed ecosystem is at times a disadvantage. You need to regularly backup your phone, and always need an iTunes software or Photos app to do it poperl
4. There is no Custom MODs, live with what you got. Apple does not like people tampering with the aesthetics it created with so called the best product design team in the world.
5. Cannot keep it in your back pocket  , because it will bend. Many Android mobiles are also not so back pocket friendly.
6. Quality of the lightning cable and earphones are not good compared with what many Android smartphones provide. Repairing an out of warranty iPhone is costly and all the accessories are costly.
