Although ARM stock price reached an eight-year high on Thursday, Apple and ARM apparently arent in talks. Apple's iPhone is the third-largest smartphone platform, according to IDC. Apple purchased PA Semi in 2008 to power the iPad with its A4 chip, and Apple has also taken a stake in 3D graphics chip designer Imagination Technologies. View the article
