According to the Taiwan Economic News, Apple will launch a tablet-style device sporting a 9.6-inch display in February 2010. The tablet will feature the 9.6in screen, the multitouch user interface made famous by the Apple iPhone and Apple iPod touch, and a processor created by P.A. Semi.
