3, the Hong Kong mobile service operator, has announced they will launch iPhone officially in Hong Kong and Macau later this year. Since Hong Kong and Macau are considered as part of China, this is the first time Apple announce the phone to be launched in Chinese market. It is pretty sure that iPhone will be 3G
